User Responsibilities
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and Discord's Terms of Service.
- Users are responsible for any content they create or share using the bot.
- Users must not use the bot to create, share, or promote illegal content, harassment, or other prohibited activities.
Prohibited Actions
- Do not use the bot to violate Discord’s Community Guidelines, including but not limited to:
- Creating or distributing illegal content (e.g., child-harm content, non-consensual pornography).
- Harassment or organizing harassment.
- Displaying violent or extremist content.
- Impersonating others, including other applications or Discord employees.
- Do not target users with advertisements or marketing irrelevant to the bot’s function.
- Do not collect, solicit, or deceive users into providing login credentials.
- Do not evade permanent Discord-level enforcement actions.
Compliance with Laws & Third-Party Rights
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not infringe or violate any third-party rights (including intellectual or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy or publicity).
- You must not use the service to promote illegal activity or infringement of third-party rights.
User Privacy and Security
- We implement privacy and security practices in line with applicable laws and regulations.
- Our Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, and how users can request deletion.
- We may share data with service providers only as needed to provide bot features (for example, translation APIs), or where required by law.
- We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect data from unauthorized access or use.
Monitoring & App Review
- You agree that Discord may monitor API use to ensure quality, improve services, and verify compliance.
- You agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests related to your use of the bot.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
- Discord does not acquire ownership of your content, and you do not acquire ownership of Discord's APIs or platform data.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Service Changes and Interruptions
- The service provider reserves the right to change or interrupt the service at any time without prior notice.
License Scope
- Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal use only.
- Commercial use or resale of the service is prohibited.
Third-Party Services
- The service uses third-party services as needed to provide functionality, including translation APIs.
- By using translation features, you acknowledge that relevant data may be processed by those providers.
Disclaimer of Warranties

- The service provider assumes no responsibility and liability for the content created or shared by the users.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
- Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Japan.
