Welcome to our Discord bot service. By using our bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and Discord's Terms of Service.
Users are responsible for any content they create or share using the bot.
Users must not use the bot to create, share, or promote illegal content, harassment, or other prohibited activities.

Do not use the bot to violate Discord’s Community Guidelines, including but not limited to:
Creating or distributing illegal content (e.g., child-harm content, non-consensual pornography).
Harassment or organizing harassment.
Displaying violent or extremist content.
Impersonating others, including other applications or Discord employees.
Do not target users with advertisements or marketing irrelevant to the bot’s function.
Do not collect, solicit, or deceive users into providing login credentials.
Do not evade permanent Discord-level enforcement actions.

You and your Application will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not infringe or violate any third-party rights (including intellectual or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy or publicity).
Your Application must not promote illegal activity or infringement of third-party rights.

Implement good privacy practices and comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and others.
Provide a clear privacy policy describing what data is collected, how it is used, and how users can request deletion.
Do not share API Data with third parties except under specific conditions (e.g., with a service provider, required by law, or with user consent).
Use commercially reasonable efforts to protect API Data from unauthorized access or use.

You agree that Discord may monitor the use of the APIs to ensure quality, improve services, and verify compliance.
Cooperate with any App Reviews and provide accurate and complete information as requested.

Discord does not acquire ownership in your Application, and you do not acquire ownership of any rights in Discord's APIs or data.
Respect the intellectual property rights of others and do not use API Data to create derivative works.

The service provider reserves the right to change or interrupt the service at any time without prior notice.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal use only.
Commercial use or resale of the service is prohibited.

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
The service provider disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The service provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service.
As this is a free service, the service provider's liability is limited accordingly.
The service provider assumes no responsibility and liability for the content created or shared by the users.
